“Team Player”

When someone says “I’m a team player”, it can mean two things:

1. I’m willing submit to the will of the group and follow direction
2. I have a set of useful skills and capabilities but I need others to interact with to bring the best out of me

2. is not necessarily better; it depends what the leader is seeking in his/her team.
